What is the Study?The Investor Satisfaction Benchmarks Report measures the satisfaction of investors as it relates to the service they have received from their financial advisers.

What Method was Used?Dalbar conducted an online survey with 300 investors over the age of 25 who earn at least $50,000 per year and have an established relationship with a financial adviser. The vast majority of respondents had investment portfolios worth more than $100,000.

What will The Study Include?Participants were asked about their level of satisfaction with several different factors, including:

• Assistance in setting financial goals
• Quality of investment recommendations
• Retirement, tax and life insurance planning
• Overall integrity of adviser
• Willingness to recommend adviser
